I love food and cheese is the best, and a Welsh rabbit is a mixture of cheese on toast, but this is what I like to do with it.

1.  I take my three favorite cheeses and melt them with of course cheese-wiz and a little milk & butter.

2. Add garlic as much as I like.

3.  pour it on my pop-corn or what ever else I like with cheese.

If I want eggs by themselves or with fried potatoes . . .um umm. I make my Welsh rabbit the same as above except I will add tomatoes and when the eggs and potatoes are almost cooked I pour on the cheese and tomatoes.

Put that between your toast and eat it.
