There has been only one secret through all of the history in not smoking.
This secret is so sacred people can not understand it’s simplicities.
This secret is the most purest of valor yet we shun it.
This secret is as old as time naming it the fit, of the fittest.
This secret is unknown to most of mankind and i will share it with you NOW.

HOW TO USE THIS SECRET POWER YOU FORGOT YOU HAD
What ever you feel you need to do or stop. This is called the beginning. Start by.
- Giving yourself a time date or place as to when the event will first happen.
- Take a week or two or a month or what ever need be to remind yourself that you ARE GOING TO STOP SMOKING SUNDAY NIGHT OR MONDAY MORNING.
- Prepare for this day by having the necessary tools at bay should you need them.
WHAT ARE THE TOOLS
- THE PATCH if your doctor said it is ok.
- Candy, Gum, anything you like to chew on that is not so weight gaining
- ANY EXERCIZE, walking, 10 jumping jacks.
- Brushing your tongue three to five or 10 times a day.
- Keep your hands busy, start a hobby, make a blanket or build a cabinet.
But the number one thing is to remember to tell yourself you are stopping on this day or that and remember how strong your will power use to be and only know it can be that way again, with or without the AID OF TWO OR THREE PATCHES. And now i will go ask my neighbour if i can take a picture of their ashtray, as i quit 49 days ago.
