More Welsh Rabbit . . .

Supper time

I 'll be back after my Welsh Rabbit.

So out of the blue people arrive at your house, or you invited some over and during all the fun everyone is getting hungry.  You can order take-out or kick them out or pull yesterday’s mashed potatoes out, which happens to be very good, especially under a Welsh rabbit.

All you need to do is fry the mashed potatoes in some butter or olive oil, with chopped onions,  salt and pepper to taste, and garlic.   But here is what we are going to do different.  We are going to put one or two [ well beaten ] eggs on top of the almost cooked,  fried potatoes, and let the egg cook.   My mouth is watering all ready . . .You pour on your Welsh rabbit and cook for six more minutes and serve.   Oh My god . . .If you like food, this is food.  You can serve this with pickles, green or yellow beans, carrots and or any vegetables you have. . . .To top it off,  a nice salad of washed spinach and YOUR favor it lettuce mixed with, cucumber, tiny chunks of cheese and crunched potato chips, with caesar salad dressing. . . .I just finished eating that . . .If i could have a little more i would,  but there is no more.
