SLEEP. Why is sleep important?
- We grow.
- We heal.
- We energize.
- We rest when we sleep.
Sleep gives us energy, that we have strength, to do the things we do. With the right amount of sleep we are good thinkers. With no sleep we can become quite silly and fall down, [where upon down there, depending on how hard we fall, we will sleep].
Without sleep we become sluggish and act in a mean manner, whether we want to or not. Being tried all the time is VERY BAD for your health, and others.
SLEEP, why can’t i sleep! SEVERAL REASONS THAT CAN BE CORRECTED EASILY [maybe].
- Sometimes it is very hard to go to bed when we get tired
- Understand at what point your body tells you to sleep and you don’t
- Maybe you do not like your sleeping quarters.
- Too much on your mind
- Scared at night
- Your head is not pointing in the right direction.
YES . . .I said your head is not pointing in the right direction . . .You would be surprised as to how many people need their head to be pointing East for a good nights sleep. Check it out.
YES . . .As soon as you THINK you are tired, go to bed. Myself, i have a hard time going to bed when i am tired . . .I have this hidden fear that i am going to miss something? Maybe you do to.
YES . . .To much on your mind . . .You have to learn to say what is on your mind whether anyone likes it or not. Just learn to say what ever it is in a kind manner, but get it out of your head, thoughts can be like poison turning into stress turning into heart attacks or any other problems one may have.
YES . . .I said maybe where you are sleeping is not a good place for you, remember . . .When you don’t like where you are you leave. So why would you stay and sleep? You can’t can you, so change rooms.
Yes . . . I said scared at night, being scared at night keeps you awake lying in wait for your boogie-man to appear . . .But as long as your hands and feet are tucked in he/she can not get you. face your fears, you may find there was nothing to be afraid of in the first place. Just your tired mind playing tricks on you.
Last but not least . . .Learn to UNDERSTAND when you are needing sleep before you hit the floor. Some people do not know when they need sleep, they put it off, until they pass out on their favorite chair, then wake-up only after maybe five to twenty-five minutes and now they are awake . . .Wondering why they can’t sleep.
Change your bedroom as many times as it takes until you find that you slept like a baby. This is not an easy thing to do at times, i know . . .Unless you are in control of where you reside or have an understand partner/parent, your bed stays where it is.
If you can not leave the room you are in for a new room, i am sorry for you . . .I understand what it is like not to be able to sleep no matter the situation as i just recently finally found the only room in the house i sleep like a baby in, beside in front of the Television.
You don’t have to believe me, but, you do have to sleep.
Why can’t i sleep . . .What did you eat . . .Eating can and does affect your sleep, especially when you are prone to heart-burn. You may have to simply raise the head of your bed six inches so you are not lying flat.
Eat healthy, sleep when you are tired, change your bed, change your room, change the way your heads points and face your fears or at least understand what you fear and get help. And remember . . .
YOU DO NOT GO TO BED TO THINK YOU GO TO BED TO SLEEP. Say what you think before you go to bed. If you can’t say it, write it down until you fall a sleep.
Man, i missed out on a bad lightning and thunder-storm, as i slept like a baby, in the fourth, room i moved to. Aw yes . . .Finally a good nights SLEEP.
